a. Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue.
b. Open the email sent from our store in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code provided.
c. Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
4. Choose the order for which you wish to submit the return.
5. If your order includes multiple items, select the specific items you want to return.
6. Provide a reason for the return and add any additional notes or comments for the store.
7. Click on the "Request return" button.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email containing detailed shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the product is successfully returned, you will receive a refund according to our refund policy.
