How to request a return:

1. Login to your customer account
   
2. Select the order and item which you would like to return
3. Fill out the form and submit
4. You will receive a response within 24 hours

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email containing detailed shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the product is successfully returned, you will receive a refund according to our refund policy.
