We want you to love your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to offer store credit on eligible returns.
Return Window
Returns must be requested and received within 30 days of the purchase date. Items returned outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in original condition

With original tags attached

Returned in original or protective packaging
Shoes must be returned inside a protective shipping box. Shoe boxes damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.

All sale styles are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit, including but not limited to:

Items discounted 30% or more

Return Shipping
Once your return is approved, a return shipping label will be sent automatically to the email address used at checkout.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from store credit

During special promotions, customers may be required to provide their own return label

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout and check your spam folder if you don’t see the label
International Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping and must provide their own label. We do not offer international return labels.
Exchanges
Due to limited inventory, we do not typically offer exchanges. In select cases, we may be able to assist—please contact customer service for support.
International exchanges are not available.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received, please allow 1–3 business days for processing.
Approved returns are issued as store credit, sent to the email address on file.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Store Credit
How to Check Your Balance
Log into your customer account to view your available store credit. Credits are not sent via email notifications.
How to Use Store Credit
At checkout, select store credit as your payment method. If your order total exceeds your balance, you may combine it with another payment method.
Order Cancellations & Address Changes
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel or update your shipping address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled or changed—especially during sales or high-volume periods.
Shipping Information
All orders ship from our warehouse in Northern California.
Processing Time
Standard orders ship within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during promotions or peak seasons.
You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping (UPS or USPS)
Free on U.S. orders. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days.
Priority Shipping
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Rates calculated at checkout.
Express Shipping (UPS)
Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. Requires a physical address.
UPS Next Day Air
Delivery in 1 business day. Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. PST ship same day. Not available for P.O. boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier to initiate an investigation.
If delivery is confirmed to the correct address, a refund will not be issued.
